About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Stoke-on-Trent. They are known for delivering high-quality products and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Paint Shop Supervisor to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Training: Supervise and mentor paint shop staff, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standards.
• Workflow Management: Organize daily schedules, allocate tasks, and maintain efficient production flow within the paint shop.
• Quality Control: Oversee all painting processes to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with specifications.
• Health & Safety: Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Communication: Act as the link between the paint shop and management, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Work Under Pressure: Manage operations in a busy environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Paint Shop Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
