About the Company:

Our client is an established and growing manufacturing business based in Stoke-on-Trent. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality fabrication and welding solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Fabrication Welding Supervisor to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Training: Lead, mentor, and train both new and experienced fabrication and welding employees to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Workflow Management: Organise and manage daily production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and conducting regular checks.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across the department.
• Communication: Act as the key liaison between shop floor and management, providing clear updates and feedback.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure: Handle challenges in an extremely busy environment while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabrication Welding Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
