Administrative Assistant/PA to Director
Location: Brownhills
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday: school hours (10:00 - 15:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00-13:00 on Fridays, some flexibility)
 
About the Role:
Hunters 4 Staff is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant/PA to Director to join a well-established, family-run machining and fabrication business. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company, assisting with essential administrative tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and handling general inquiries
• Filing, creating documents, and managing emails
• Organising documents and chasing suppliers
• General office support as required

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a sales type role would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
