Working Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 16:00 with an early finish on Friday, and every other Saturday for 4 hours paid at time and a half.

Hunters 4 Staff is excited to offer an opportunity for a Recycling Operative, based at JCB HQ in Rocester. As a Recycling Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and environmentally responsible disposal of waste materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Sorting and processing recyclable materials.
Operating machinery and equipment used in the recycling process.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Adhering to health and safety regulations.
Reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
