Location: Based in Tamworth
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + annual bonus
Contract Type: Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the technical nuances of steel, welding, and fabrication, and is passionate about identifying growth opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within steel, CNC, welding, and fabrication.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in business development within the steel and fabrication industry.
• Solid understanding within steel fabrication and CNC processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving growth.
