Job Title: Food & Beverage Assistant / Front of House
Location: Rocester (near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £12.78 per hour
Hours: Full-time only – Rota basis covering 39 hours per week including weekends and evenings

Role Overview:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be the face of the business, delivering exceptional service to guests. From welcoming and seating customers to taking orders and liaising with the kitchen, you’ll ensure that every guest enjoys a refined and memorable experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and providing a warm, professional welcome
• Taking food and drink orders and communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar
• Serving meals and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Ensuring tables are clean, well-presented, and reset quickly
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service
• Representing the brand with professionalism and attention to detail

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Previous front of house or hospitality experience is essential
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
• Reliable and flexible with the ability to work weekends and evenings
• Due to the rural location, own transport is preferred
