Logistics Coordinator
Location: Uttoxeter, ST14 5PA
Contract: Ongoing agency
Pay Rate: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00. Once trained, you will work a late shift once or twice per week.
 
Hunters 4 Staff are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of JCB for a Logistics Coordinator at the JCB World Parts Centre in Uttoxeter.
 
Role Overview
This role primarily involves coordinating international shipping and ensuring time-critical loads are dispatched efficiently. You’ll be handling export documentation, working with SAP, and carrying out various administrative tasks to support the logistics team.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and dispatching time-critical loads
• Creating and managing shipping documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading, using internal systems (SAP)
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as directed by your manager and team
• Monitoring export compliance and ensuring smooth international shipping processes

Requirements

• Knowledge of international export documentation and compliance
• Problem-solving skills and self-motivation to meet deadlines
• Excellent numerical, organisational, and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (SAP knowledge is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided)
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Customer service skills
