Job Title: Factory and Office Cleaner
Location: Caterpillar Plant, Peterlee
Pay: £12.21 per hour
 
Job Overview:
Join our team at the Caterpillar plant in Peterlee, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include cleaning the factory floor and office spaces, including the Managing Director’s offices, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are upheld.
 
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize factory floors to maintain a safe workspace.
• Clean office areas, including desks, floors, and communal areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning in the Managing Director’s offices.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing cleaning needs.
