Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Burntwood
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: £28,000 + uncapped commission
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 09:00 – 15:00
- Holidays: 33 days per annum (including 8 bank holidays and an average of 3 days for Christmas holidays)

With on-site production facilities and a strong, professional sales team, they are one of the largest subsidiaries within their group, ensuring exceptional customer service and product quality.
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to manage an existing portfolio of approximately 250 customers while identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong relationship management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 customers, making regular contact to strengthen relationships and increase business.
- Identify potential opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Expand product range within the current customer base.
- Issue quotes via the CRM system and update customer records.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including order forms and pricing registers.
- Handle web and telephone inquiries.
- Prospect and cold call potential leads.
- Contact new customers to generate business.
- Re-engage lapsed customers to upsell products.
- Attend monthly sales meetings, preparing reports and prospect updates.
- Participate in regular product training sessions with suppliers or in-house teams.
Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Commission Structure: - Monthly targets for existing and new business.
- Achieve both targets to earn 7.5% of new business profit.
- If the annual target is met, an additional 7.5% is earned across all sales for the year.
