Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Head Office, Uttoxeter, Hybrid considered
Pay: £30,000 basic, car allowance, uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to help expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Role Overview:
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and working closely with our recruitment team. Success in this role requires expertise in our specialist sectors, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow our client base.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to develop tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and service agreements to prospective clients.
- Strategic Partnerships: Leverage our GLAA certification and reputation as a trusted supplier to establish credibility and trust with potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with candidate placements.
- Reporting: Achieve and exceed targets while providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.
What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or account management within recruitment, staffing, or related industries.
- A strong network and understanding of the industrial, engineering, warehousing, and logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with GLAA regulations and compliance standards (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
