Job Title: Estimator (Mechanical Services)
Location: Yateley, Hampshire Office-based
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
 
About the Role: We are seeking a Junior/Intermediate Estimator to join our client's team specialising in mechanical services installations, including air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and heating systems. This office-based role involves liaising with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, primarily focusing on compiling take-offs and estimates from consultants' drawings and specifications. Projects range in value from £50,000 to £1.5 million.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs from technical drawings and specifications.
• Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project costing.
• Support the existing team in delivering estimates that meet client deadlines.
• Collaborate across multiple projects, maintaining a high level of organization and focus.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A technical mindset with the capability to enhance the team's expertise.
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but we are open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
