ACM Healthcare is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Healthcare Division.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who already knows their way around a desk and is looking for more autonomy, more opportunity and more control over where their career goes next.

You won’t be starting with a blank piece of paper.

You’ll be joining an established healthcare recruitment business with existing clients, active vacancies, strong candidate networks and national opportunities across the healthcare sector.

What will you be doing? This is a true 360 recruitment role, with the opportunity to take ownership of your desk and build something of your own.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to placement and ongoing management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Managing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow those accounts
• Developing new business and opening new client relationships
• Working across permanent, temporary and contract recruitment opportunities
• Managing a high-volume, high-compliance recruitment process
• Negotiating rates, terms and placements
• Building your candidate network and becoming a trusted recruitment partner within your market
• Working towards revenue and profitability targets
• Collaborating with the wider ACM team to share ideas, knowledge and opportunities

Who are we looking for? We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who is commercial, relationship-focused and genuinely enjoys recruitment.
You’ll ideally have:

• 2+ years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Healthcare recruitment experience, or experience in another high-compliance recruitment environment
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Confidence negotiating and having commercial conversations
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach to growing your desk and developing new opportunities
• The confidence to work autonomously while still being part of a collaborative team

Healthcare experience is highly regarded, but we’re open to experienced recruiters from other industries who understand 360 recruitment, business development and the importance of compliance.
