ACM Healthcare is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals for multiple LOCAL Healthcare contract opportunities at Northern Beaches Hospital.

About the Role:
As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care and support to ensure the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of patients.

Duties Include

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living
• Supporting patient mobility and transfers
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
• Assisting nursing staff with patient care activities
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Providing compassionate, person-centred care

Essential Requirements

• Assistant in Nursing (AIN) with a minimum Certificate III in Acute Care ( A Cert III in individual support is not sufficient) 
• Undergraduate Nursing Student (Year 2 or Year 3) with acute placement experience; OR
• Health Services Assistant (HSA) with a minimum Certificate III in Acute Care
• Previous acute care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Current relevant checks and vaccinations as required
