Registered Nurse – Aged Care ACM
Healthcare is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to support aged care facilities across casual shifts.

This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care and enjoys working within a collaborative and resident-focused environment.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care while supporting residents’ health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Duties Include:

• Medication administration and clinical assessments
• Developing and reviewing care plans
• Monitoring resident health and wellbeing
• Coordinating with carers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Managing clinical documentation and reporting
• Providing leadership and support to care staff

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous aged care experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate and professional approach
• Ability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
• Current police clearance and relevant vaccinations
