ACM Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to support residents in an aged care environment.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference and enjoys working as part of a supportive and caring team.

About the Role: 
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents with their daily living needs, ensuring they are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.

Duties Include:

• Personal care assistance including showering, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Working collaboratively with nursing and care teams

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support
• Previous experience working in an aged care environment preferred
• A caring, patient, and respectful approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and various shifts
• Med Comp desirable but not essential
