About the Role
As a Tax Advisory Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the finance team by delivering high-quality financial insights and tax guidance. You’ll work across a range of functions including forecasting, reporting, and analysis to help drive strong financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data using Excel to identify financial trends
• Support tax planning and advisory functions
• Assist with forecasting future revenue and expenses
• Interpret financial commitments, costs, and revenues
• Prepare and contribute to accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with taxation requirements and strategies

About You 

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create utilise a range of functions for creation of reports
• A good understanding of financial forecasting and commitments
• Good understanding of taxation requirements and strategies
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks
• Previous government or public sector experience is desirable, but not essential
