Whether you're an experienced Customer Service Administrator who enjoys helping customers or a driven Business Development Representative who loves building relationships and winning new business, we'd love to hear from you.

Customer Service Administrator
Willawong | $36.81 per hour | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-4:30pm

Join a busy, supportive team where you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to customers while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Coordinating customer service requests
• Processing customer information and data entry
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt service
• Providing a professional and friendly customer experience

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous customer service and/or administration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude

Business Development Representative
Brisbane CBD | $38.89-$40.84 per hour | Temp-to-Perm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business opportunities
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Conducting client visits and presentations
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
• Monitoring market opportunities and industry trends

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in business development, sales or account management
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Confidence working both over the phone and face-to-face
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
• A self-motivated and professional approach
• Experience in waste management, logistics, construction or related industries (highly regarded)
