701 Recruitment are looking for dependable, hard-working labourers to join a busy timber yard team in Narangba. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who take pride in showing up consistently and putting in a solid day’s physical work.

You’ll be working with timber sleepers on a conveyor line, lifting, moving, and stacking throughout your shift. The work is repetitive and physically demanding, so reliability, stamina, and a strong work ethic are essential.

THE ROLE: 

• Repetitive lifting and stacking of timber sleepers from a conveyor belt
• Maintaining a safe and organised work area
• Working closely with a team to keep operations running smoothly

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 

• Proven reliability and punctuality — you show up and get the job done
• Physically fit and comfortable with ongoing manual labour
• Experience in labouring, warehousing, or other hands-on roles
• Ability to handle repetitive lifting across a full shift
• Team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test (MANDATORY)
