Roller Operators/Civil Labourers wanted for an IMMEDIATE start! 

Location: Logan and surrounding suburbs 
Start date: IMMEDIATE
Duration: Ongoing, temp - Perm opportunity! 
Pay Rate: $37.25 + penalties & allowances (daily travel allowance, meal allowance & overtime rates on offer) 

We are seeking experienced Roller Operators/Civil Labourers to join our team in the Logan area and surrounding suburbs for an immediate start. The role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work on exciting subdivision and bulk earthworks projects.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Roller, smooth and padfoot. 
• grade checking and assist with general labouring duties on site.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Follow site instructions and collaborate with team members.

What we are looking for: 

• Previous experience as a roller operator or in civil construction (particularly subdivision and bulk earthworks).
• White Card and any relevant safety certifications.
• Roller Operations RII (MANDATORY)
• Long sleeved hi-vis shirt, long work pants & steel capped boots
• Own transport, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
