We are currently seeking experienced 815 Compactor Operators multi-billion dollar major Government Civil Infrastructure projects based on the Gold Coast. 

Requirements:

• Compactor Operator: 815/825 Compactor experience, GPS experience (Topcon/Trimble), experience cutting and trimming using blade
• Relevant RII Tickets - Compactor
• Construction White card required 
• Australian driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Role: 

• Compacting materials to specifications and levels 
• Using blade attachment for trimming & finishing where required 
• Working with GPS - Trimble, Topcon or similar 
• Daily pre-starts, basic maintenance & defect reporting 
• Adhering to site safety & QA requirements 
• Working closely with supervisor, surveyors and ground crew
