701 Recruitment is seeking experienced Plant Operators for a large-scale government renewables infrastructure project south west of Toowoomba. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project in the new year! 

Positions Available:

• Grader Operator with GPS/ Final trim
• 815 Compactor Operator
• D6 -D8Dozer Operator 
• 15-35t Excavator Operator 
• Watercart Operator 
• Roller Operators
• Moxy Operators
• Skid steer Operator 

Project Details:

• Multiple Operating positions available!
• Commencing early 2026
• Location: Bulli Creek & Punchs Creek 
• Duration: 4-7 months (opportunity for ongoing)

Requirements:

• Civil construction experience on various projects
• Relevant RII tickets and experience in operating machinery 
• Construction White card required 
• Australian driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and medical assessment when required
