Your Role:
As a Site Foreman/Supervisor, you'll lead on-site operations and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

• Coordinate staff, subcontractors, trades & materials
• Manage project delivery within budget and deadlines
• Oversee Work Health & Safety (WH&S) compliance
• Support and guide civil crews to achieve program goals
• Report on progress and maintain strong communication

What You Bring:
✔ 5+ years' experience in subdivisions, roads, and bulk earthworks
✔ Strong organisational & communication skills
✔ Ability to manage reporting, programming & scheduling
✔ Proficiency with technology (iPad / reporting systems)
✔ Relevant tickets + construction white card
