About the role
As a Civil Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading and managing your own crew on-site
• Delivering work safely, on time, and to specification
• Assisting with civil works 
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality

✔ Ability to read and interpret site plans
✔ Strong focus on safety and detail
