Roller Operator / Civil Labourer
Location: Lockyer Valley
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $37.25 per hour + penalties and allowances

We are seeking an experienced Roller Operator / Civil Labourer to join our team in the Lockyer Valley for immediate start. The role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work on exciting subdivision and bulk earthworks projects.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Roller, smooth and padfoot. 
• Assist with general labouring duties on site.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Follow site instructions and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a roller operator or in civil construction (particularly subdivision and bulk earthworks).
• White Card and any relevant safety certifications.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
