Position: Accounts Receivable Officer (Temp)
Location: Darra, 
Hourly Rate: $35.80 per hour
Immediate Start

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer for a temporary position to join our clients finance team based in Darra. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Sales Manager and ensure timely follow-up on invoices, manage debt collection, and provide support in various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Sales Manager to track and manage customer payments.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage debt collection efforts with clients in a professional and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable.
• Provide excellent customer service with a strong phone manner when liaising with clients.
• Assist in other accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, especially phone etiquette.
• Experience with Xero is desirable, but not essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to start ASAP.
