We are seeking experienced Roller Operator for a large-scale government infrastructure project in Dubbo/Maryvale, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile development that will help shape the future of the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating roller machinery to prepare surfaces for construction.
• Assisting with civil works and other general labour tasks.
• Ensuring all tasks are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Civil construction experience across various projects.
• Relevant RII tickets and experience in Roller Operating.
• Construction White Card.
• Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and medical assessment.
