THE ROLE 

This is a hybrid administration, EA to management, social media, and candidate resourcing role. The role is 3-5 days per week with flexibility around the hours,  the days and the ability to work om home. Duties include (but are not limited to):
 

• General administration duties including incoming and outgoing calls, emailing clients and candidates, greeting clients, compliance and document management.
• Assisting the team with social media – advertising on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Resourcing candidates by reviewing resumes and using Seek & LinkedIn recruiter software for various roles.
• Writing reports, reference checks & seek advertisements
• Point of contact for candidates

• Diligent, hard-working and down-to-earth individual
• Extremely organised and possess exceptional written skills
• As this is a part-time/casual position, you may be in the process of completing your university studies or possess a tertiary degree.
• The role would also suit a working parent with previous recruitment experience
