Are you an experienced Administrator with a strong customer service background, looking for a busy and varied role where no two days are the same?
My client, a growing Fire & Security business, is looking for a motivated and organised Service Administrator to join their busy Service Department — the heart of their operations.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customers receive prompt and reliable support by coordinating engineer visits, managing service schedules, maintaining accurate records, and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating engineer callouts and routine maintenance visits
- Managing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation
- Updating customer information and job records on internal systems
- Handling incoming enquiries over the phone and providing excellent customer support
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience Required - Confident using computer systems and managing digital records
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, motivated, and quick to learn
- Clear and professional communication with customers, engineers, and colleagues
