Are you an experienced Plasterer with a strong background in domestic and commercial maintenance?
 
This Facilities Maintenance company is looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their expanding team. You'll be working on a variety of sites carrying out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works, delivering high-quality finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
 
Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, skimming, patching, and rendering to a high standard
• Work on both void and occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants or clients
• Perform repairs and preparation work, including bonding, boarding, and filling
• Assist with minor multi-trade duties (e.g. basic painting or tiling) when required
• Maintain good communication with tenants, site managers, and the helpdesk team
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plasterer (domestic or commercial environment)
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification preferred (experience also considered)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
