The Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Brand & Partnerships, you’ll sit at the heart of the brand, helping define how James Hardie shows up, tells its story, and connects with customers across the country.
You’ll co‑lead major brand campaigns, collaborate with best‑in‑class creative, media, PR and digital agencies, and turn insight into standout brand moments.
From always‑on storytelling to large‑scale integrated launches, you’ll help deliver work that builds fame, preference and long‑term brand equity across paid, owned and earned channels.
