The Opportunity   
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, the People Partner will work closely with the Commercial leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business’s goals and create an environment where Smart, Driven and Real people can thrive.
  
What you’ll do

• Partner with commercial leadership team to execute HR initiatives across our 3 critical imperatives
• Partner with leaders and HR COE’s to address talent gaps across key functions
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Partner with commercial leadership team to drive action planning through annual engagement survey
• Coach, support and influence leaders to develop and sustain a constructive culture
• Act as the point of contact for employee relations issues, including mediating disputes, conducting investigations, and addressing grievances.
• Coach and enable leaders to deliver better HR cyclical based events
• Own and deliver cross functional projects against our people strategy

What you’ll bring
