We are looking for a smart, driven and real Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the New Zealand Sales Team.

The Opportunity:

Based in Penrose, this is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator who likes to keep busy with a variety of tasks in their workspace. You will be working closely with the National Merchant Manager and internal stakeholders to coordinate initiatives and support integration with our critical few customers.
  
This will involve administering and managing product data, SKU programs and reporting, while also supporting the commercial team in implementing initiatives around product range, sales and merchandising to ensure James Hardie achieves its growth targets in the New Zealand market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with ANZ Marketing leads and National Merchant Manager to enable the delivery of customer or product related initiatives
• Facilitate effective and accurate in-store product ranging with key channel partners
• Regularly review store ranges with a particular focus on stock
• Analysis and reporting of monthly sales performance for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage internal and external product data files to ensure information is correct, up to date and available to relevant parties
• Manage customer SKU program including new SKU set up, price files and any other associated customer collateral
• Plan and implement in-store POS and merchandising strategies in conjunction with sales team
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams to facilitate projects, meet customer expectations, share knowledge and promote teamwork
• Coordinate information and update tasks within the Company’s CRM system
• Support the Sales Team to execute customer engagement opportunities and events

About You:

• Qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Customer-centricity is at the core of your work ethic
• Self-motivated, driven go-getter with a positive and outcome-focussed mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Avid collaborator/team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills
• Tech savvy with experience using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with Salesforce and / or SAP highly beneficial
