We are looking for a smart, driven and real person to join the Customer Excellence team as an Internal Sales & Customer Service Officer.
Reporting to the Customer Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and maximising interactions to ensure James Hardie’s mission to drive the highest standards in service levels are met and maintained.
Based in Sydney CBD, you will join a team of 12 in working collaboratively together to manage internal and external stakeholder queries, order placements and fulfillments all while delivering exceptional service.
