THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:
To be the marketing lead in driving key market development and growth initiatives with the Builder audience, across all identified focus builder segments. With a sound understanding of the new home buyer audience co-create and develop consumer campaigns with key builder partners to influence and generate demand for Hardie™ fibre cement homes with a focus on metrics/ROI that drives long term sustainable growth for the organisation.
Continuously work towards developing awareness, education, sale and use of James Hardie’s range of fibre cement exterior cladding solutions resulting in increased penetration of Hardie™ fibre cement into the Australian residential built environment.
Responsible for the development of fully integrated marketing strategies/plans and execution aligned to the focus residential segments alongside key stakeholders to deliver business growth results.
