We’re supporting a leading manufacturer in Hereford as they grow their early‑career Test Engineering team. This role is ideal for graduates who have completed an RF module as part of their degree — this is essential and the core requirement for shortlisting.

The Role
You’ll carry out RF and electronic testing on a wide range of products, working closely with design and production teams. You’ll follow test procedures, document results, troubleshoot issues, and build confidence using industry‑standard RF test equipment.
This is a practical, onsite role where you’ll learn the full product range before specialising internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform RF testing using spectrum analysers, network analysers, and signal generators.
- Follow structured test procedures and document results clearly.
- Support troubleshooting of RF and electronic components.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
- Work to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Build strong RF fundamentals through hands‑on learning and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Electronics, RF, or Systems Engineering.
- Must have completed an RF module — this is essential.
- You must have completed an internship or placement year, giving you meaningful commercial exposure before applying.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow structured test documentation.
- Practical, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Confident communicator and team player.
