Key Responsibilities for the Process Improvement Manager - Supply Chain:

• Utilise Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive measurable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align process improvements with business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics to assess impact and inform decision-making.

What We’re Looking For in the Process Improvement Manager - Supply Chain:

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement within a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives across complex supply chain functions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
