Key Responsibilities for the Production Test Manager - Electronics
- Develop and implement comprehensive electronic test strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Lead, support, and evaluate the performance of the test team.
- Oversee the design and development of test systems, including hardware and software.
- Ensure test accuracy and reliability through continuous process improvement.
- Define production test requirements and validate new products and components.
- Monitor and report test performance metrics, driving efficiency improvements.
- Manage testing schedules, resources, and budgets to meet project deadlines.

What We’re Looking for in the Production Test Manager - Electronics
Qualifications:
- Higher-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Key Skills & Experience required in the Production Test Manager - Electronics: 
- Proven experience in electronic testing, preferably in manufacturing or R&D.
- Strong knowledge of electronic test methodologies, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Desirable (but not essential): Understanding of High Voltage test requirements and regulations.
