We are now looking for exceptional individuals to join us as Automotive Parts Interpreters in our Manukau Call Centre.

What will you be doing with us?

• Provide expert guidance to customers looking for automotive parts, ensuring they receive the right products for their needs.
• Use your in-depth knowledge of automotive components and systems to answer customer queries.
• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts, accessories, and tools.
• Navigate our catalogue system and internal databases to source and provide accurate information.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Where do you fit in?

• Knowledge of parts and the automotive industry is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including catalogue software and databases.
