About the opportunity:
Since its commencement in early 2019, Precision Equipment has been on a strong growth path and is fast becoming a Market Leader in the workshop equipment industry.
We have a vacancy for a non customer facing Customer Services Representative (CSR) to join our small team operating from our modern Auckland Airport offices and warehouse. This stimulating role requires an exceptionally high level of service in all dealings with the BNT / Autolign network, OEM & direct customers, plus service agents nationwide.
Background in automotive mechanics, technician or similar technical CSR role
Quick professional responses to phone calls and emails,
Confidence in providing technical advice for equipment spares and / or machinery
Physically fit assisting with picking & packing.
A knowledge of Hoists & Wheel Service Equipment is preferred,
A current forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
Strong work ethic, computer literate with accurate data entry
Ability to learn procedures and systems
