Precision Equipment New Zealand is one of our newest business units and is a part of the Bapcor NZ group of companies, who are New Zealand’s leading provider of aftermarket parts and accessories to the Automotive and Commercial vehicle sectors. Precision Equipment operates under the Specialist Wholesale Sector of Bapcor NZ, and are the sole New Zealand distributor for The Rotary and Summit range of hoists and wheel service equipment. We offer a comprehensive range of workshop equipment that is expanding to meet our customer’s needs, backed up with a large range of spare parts. We are now housed in newly built premises near Auckland Airport with our own equipment showroom, offices and warehouse.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Specialist to lead, manage and maintain Precision Equipment market performance in the workshop and related equipment sales segment in the in the Lower North Island. Looking after our internal channels to market through our BNT/Autolign/TATP network of stores as well as New Vehicle Dealerships, Heavy Transport Commercial and Mechanical Workshops Direct
The role encompasses new business development, contribution and execution of tactical business plans within the wider Bapcor network, as well as supporting sales/market initiatives that drive profitable growth across a dedicated geographical region. You will be part of small and high performing specialist team reporting to the Sales Manager – Precision Equipment. The role will have the endorsement of the senior leadership group, to determine and drive initiatives that further promotes this primary categories’ offer to all of our existing customers, and the wider market. Ideally you will be situated either out of Wellington, Palmerston North or Central North Island Region
