Your New Role
Join Australia's leading modular construction and transportable hire company as an Administration Officer, where no two days are the same.

This varied role will see you providing administrative, customer service and operational support across multiple areas of the business. From coordinating documentation and maintaining business systems to supporting customers and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and delivering a seamless customer experience.
  
This is an 8-month fixed-term opportunity offering exposure to a broad range of business functions within a busy and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality administrative support across a range of business functions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data, records, and documentation across multiple systems.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other operational administration tasks.
• Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate administrative activities that support day-to-day business operations.
• Respond to customer and employee enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Support procurement, record-keeping, and document management processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide effective administrative support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient business processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

About You
You are a proactive, organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
With strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude, you enjoy building strong relationships, supporting colleagues, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
  
You will also bring
Proven experience providing administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in product administration, administration, coordination, or a similar support role.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Exposure to CRM systems or other business management software will be highly regarded.
