Your New Role
Join Australia's leading modular construction and transportable hire company as an Administration Officer in this diverse and rewarding 12-month fixed-term position.
In this role, you will provide administrative, reporting and coordination support across a range of product, pricing, and commercial activities. Working closely with the Product Manager, Product Operations Lead and the broader business, you'll help maintain accurate product information, coordinate key initiatives, and contribute to projects that support business performance and growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders and is looking to broaden their experience within a national organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and analyse product performance, utilisation, and branch metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and analyse product, stock, and CAPEX reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage pricing updates, product catalogues, and master price lists.
- Support product development initiatives, including vendor pricing, samples, and prototypes.
- Maintain accurate product information across Salesforce, SharePoint, and related business systems.
- Coordinate meetings, track actions, and follow up on key deliverables.
- Communicate product, pricing, and process updates across the business.
- Provide administrative, reporting and coordination support to the Product team.
About You
You are a proactive, adaptable, and highly organised professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and stakeholders. You have strong attention to detail, can manage competing priorities, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
You will also bring - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in product administration, administration, coordination, or a similar support role.
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint or similar business systems will be highly regarded.
