About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team based in Naval Base. 

You will be responsible for providing administration and customer service support, helping keep day‑to‑day hire operations running smoothly and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a range of administrative activities across branch operations
• Maintain records, support stocktakes as required, process invoices and purchase orders
• Handle incoming phone, email, and face‑to‑face enquiries from employees and clients promptly and professionally
• Provide administrative support for transport and logistics systems
• Complete accurate data entry, update databases, and support compliance requirements
• Provide any other miscellaneous administrative duties as required

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
• Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support changing business needs
• Able to commit to 30 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-3.30pm, onsite
