About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to provide operational and administrative support across our service centres.
  
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in coordinating stock, procurement, invoicing, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams and locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  
Candidates must be able to work from the Seven Hills location until early 2027, after which the role will relocate to Badgerys Creek.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Create, update, and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
• Assist with service requests and associated administrative tasks
• Process invoices with precise cost centre allocation
• Coordinate returns processing and ensure all documentation is completed correctly
• Provide support for transport and logistics systems
• Contribute to a shared call queue, assisting multiple service centres as needed
• Generate reports, interpret data, and deliver meaningful insights

  
About You:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a comparable administrative position
• Experience in operations support, logistics, or transport environments is highly regarded
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a strong eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Technically confident with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Proactive attitude with initiative to take on additional responsibilities during quieter periods
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to support multiple sites effectively
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to adjust to changing priorities
