About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our small, close-knit Gladstone branch, providing high-quality administration and customer service support, helping keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a range of administrative activities across sales or branch operations
• Maintain records, support stocktakes as required, process invoices and purchase orders
• Prepare quotations, tender responses and reports
• Handle incoming phone, email, and face‑to‑face enquiries from employees and clients promptly and professionally
• Complete accurate data entry, update databases, and support compliance requirements
• Provide any other miscellaneous administrative duties as required

This role is flexible and can be offered as either full-time or part-time for the right candidate:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
• Part-time: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
• Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused approach
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support changing business needs
• Exposure to CRM systems advantage but not essential
