Your new role:

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this role delivers efficient reservation services for Stayover by Ausco Villages nationwide and provides accurate reporting to support Site Managers and village operations. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key duties include:

• Managing accommodation reservations and room allocations
• Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving inquiries
• Proactively problem-solving to minimize disputes
• Conducting village night audits
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintaining clear communication with clients, service providers, and internal teams
• Providing administrative support to the Reservations Manager
• Contributing to Ausco Modular’s continuous improvement initiatives
• Raising Purchase orders and processing supplier invoices
• Providing ad hoc coverage for weekly client invoicing

What you will bring:

• Certificate/Diploma in Administration or Hospitality (preferred, not essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or administration (hospitality, hotel, or mining/resources preferred)
• Reservations or booking experience (desirable)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability and commitment to timely follow-up
• A friendly, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently, including from home two days per week
