About the Role:

Are you ready to play a key role in a fast-paced sales environment? We are seeking a motivated Sales Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Redbank. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming enquiries and direct leads to the right team members.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in systems like InspHire, Salesforce, or Navision.
• Maintain and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for prompt and professional responses.
• Perform general administration and support continuous improvement in customer service.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar admin role within a busy environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Initiative and a proactive approach to supporting the sales team.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM, InspHire, or Navision is a plus but not essential.
