About the Role: We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead a full end‑to‑end relocation of our operational site in Seven Hills to a brand‑new purpose‑built facility at Western Sydney Airport Business Park, Badgerys Creek. This is a significant greenfield project involving construction coordination, operational continuity, and the movement of substantial industrial assets.
This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, exceptional planning capability, and experience delivering complex operational relocation or construction-related projects.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the relocation, including planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring business continuity.
You will work closely with HR, IT, Operations Managers, Property, and the wider project working group. The role also involves regular progress meetings with senior stakeholders and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the full relocation project from planning through to go‑live.
- Oversee subcontractors, trades, and external vendors.
- Engage with councils, developers and construction partners.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and milestones.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Operations, and Property teams to ensure all workstreams are aligned.
- Manage relocation of assets including tools, materials, modular stock, forklifts, machinery and office furniture.
- Ensure utilities, IT infrastructure, site layouts and plans are finalised and ready.
- Maintain clear reporting lines and provide regular updates to the project working group and executive leaders.
- Manage budget adherence and financial tracking aligned to the approved cost model.
- Support operational continuity and risk mitigation throughout the transition.
About You: - Strong Project Management experience in logistics, facilities management, construction, property, warehousing or industrial operations.
- Demonstrated capability in change management, operational transitions or site relocations.
- Excellent planning, scheduling and time management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience working with subcontractors, trades, and external vendors.
- Ability to work in a live operational environment while managing project-critical activities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Current drivers licence.
