About the Role:
  
As a Business Development Representative (Hires) based at our Edinburgh North office, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, delivering tailored modular solutions, and driving revenue and growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling.

Support major projects across infrastructure, construction, mining, energy, housing, and education sectors by identifying opportunities, managing client needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain key customer accounts.
• Identify new opportunities through lead generation and outreach.
• Quote preparation and follow up.
• Customer site visits, meetings and check ins.  
• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team, project managers, operations and legal to deliver customer solutions.
• Demand planning, review of project tenders, bid/no bid reviews.

About You:
  
A high energy, commercially minded sales professional who brings fresh ideas and a proactive mindset, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a B2B selling environment.
• Industry experience in modular buildings, equipment/asset hire, construction/infrastructure sales, or contract services (e.g. waste management).
• Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate and experience using CRM systems.
