About the Role: 

We have multiple opportunities for Business Development professionals with a passion for driving growth in project-based, fast-paced industries.
  
Joining our sales team based in Edinburgh North, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored modular solutions and expanding our presence across high-impact sectors including construction, infrastructure, mining, education, and government.
  
Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with Tier 1 contractors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client spend.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine campaigns and targeting.
• Report on pipeline health, revenue impact, and client engagement metrics.
• Develop tailored solutions and proposals that align with client needs and project timelines.  

About You: 

You’re a high-energy sales professional who brings fresh ideas and a proactive mindset to solve problems and drive results. You will bring:

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Industry experience in modular buildings, equipment/asset hire, construction/infrastructure sales, or contract services.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Commercial acumen and an understanding of contracts and project delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations and management teams.
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven industry.
